Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup whipped topping (optional)
- 1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Add cheesecake pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, and Greek yogurt, then mix until well combined and creamy.
3. Fold in whipped topping if using, mixing gently to maintain a light texture.
4. Add diced peaches and cinnamon, then stir until evenly distributed.
5. Gently mix in crumbled graham crackers and brown sugar if using.
6. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving.
7. Serve with extra graham crackers or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe, juicy peaches.
Add graham crackers just before serving if you prefer extra crunch.
You can substitute canned peaches if fresh are not available, but drain them well.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
